For villas without a pool our caretaker has a little splash-pool for your kids. Ask him for a childs high-chair too (naturally free of charge).
All of our family homes have completely furnished kitchens with dishes for the maximum occupancy of guests, a coffeemachine, toaster, refrigerator, ofen, washingmachine and mostly a microwave too.
Furnishing can be slightly different from one home compared to the other, but all of them offer a Sat-TV or digital-TV with more than 300 international TV- and Radio programs, a set of garden furniture and deckchairs, and an open grill on the terrace to enjoy your barbecue partys among family and friends. All family homes have 1 or 2 separate parkingslots on or in front of the ground.
The rental rates are including consumtion of electricity, gas, water, poolservice, a lot of sunshine and joy & fun for everyone. Final cleaning of a family home with 2 bedrooms is charged with 45 Euros, a villa with 3 bedrooms with 60.- Euros, and a villa with 4 bedrooms with 80.- Euros. (Security: 100 Euro / Security with an animal: 150.- Euro)
Not included are bed linen and towels. Guests (for example those travelling by airplane, usually unable to have so much luggage), are given the opportunity to rent these at our premises. (7,50 Euro p.week for 1 set of bed linen, 1 towel & 1 bathtowel). Linen change is every week on saturdays. Attention please: Often it is much cheaper to rent a car at your home airport than in spain.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival is on saturdays (3h p.m.) - Departure on saturdays (10h a.m. at the latest)
Ocassionally it is possible to commence rental in the middle of the week, however only in the months of january until may, september and october. Not possible in june, juli and august.
