Booking informations
Booking of our homes in Riumar can be done by our new "online booking" document. When we receive that formular, we send you a first e-mail with a booking confirmation and a rental contract at the same day, and next day by post too.

After receiving this booking documents, you'd have to transfer 50% of the total amount to our bank account in germany (additional the U.K. bank conditions) within 7 days. The remaining 50% you`ve to pay in cash (Euro) at the day of arrival to our caretaker. When well not receive any desposit`within 1 week, we must cancel your reservation to have the possibility let the house to another family.

Arrival and departure

Arrival is on saturdays (from 4h p.m.)
Departure on saturdays (until 10h a.m. at the latest)

Ocassionally it is possible to commence rental in the middle of the week, however only in the months of january until april and october until december. Unfortunately it is not possible from may until september.

Services included / additional costs
All prices in Euro/week
Our rental rate includes consumption of gas, water, electricity and poolservice. As a bonus you'll have lots of sunshine and joy & fun for everyone and 2 times a week poolservice.

Linen + towels
Pillows, blankets and bedclothes are included in each family home for the maximum number of ocupants.

Air condition / Internet by W-LAN
In some of our villas you can ask our caretaker for using air condition. It charges with 8.- Euro/ a day
W-LAN you can order in some villas for 20.- Euros a week. (For example in Villa Las Palmeras)

Final cleaning
Cleaning the homes charges with 50 Euro (for a 2 bedroom villa), 65 Euro (for a 3 bedroom villa) and 80 Euro (for a 4 bedroom villa) Final cleaning in Villa Oasis and Finca de la Bassa 2 charges with 120.- Euro.
Security: 200 Euro. The overall cleaning takes place at the end of your visit.

Extras:
A childs high-chair and a childs-bed you can get from our caretaker ( 20.- €/a week)
For villas without a pool our caretaker has a little splash-pool for your kids (naturally free of charge).
