Casa Graciosa is a detached villa set in a delightful sunny plot. It is approached from a private drive, and there is secure parking for two cars, with further parking available on the street.
On the ground floor there is a bright kitchen/diner/lounge area with a hallway leading to the bedrooms. There is a double bedded room with ensuite & 2 twin bedded rooms with a family bathroom, all on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double bed with a separate large bathroom. There is also a spacious, relaxing lounge area with satellite tv/dvd and music system.
Outside there is a covered patio area, which receives the morning sun and leads down to a large barbecue and the pool. Beside the pool is a sun terrace which receives the sun through to the afternoon, and on the first floor is another sun terrace, where you can relax until sunset.
There are border gardens from which you can pick fresh lemons and herbs.
The house has air-conditioning throughout, including all bedrooms, and for the winter months there is a log-burning fire.
The villa is 200 metres from the beach.
